Who we are

Go Fetch is a DIY service belonging to The Survey Company®. We create web-based survey solutions to improve the process of collecting and analysing data through the web. Our online surveys are designed to make customers lives easier. They take away the burden of paper based surveying and shift the focus from grunt work to fast and easy results.

Why we created Go Fetch

Surveying can be hard to do and sometimes costly. The process of creating questions, formatting a questionnaire, running a survey, collecting results, and finally doing the analysis, can be discouraging for some people. Yet, people have shared with us how vitally important this survey information was to them. To help, we decided that using our survey expertise and some web smarts that we would create a survey system that was;

1. Easy to use - with all the right features, and 
2. Economical - where you didn't need a corporate budget or special expertise to run.

We believe Go Fetch surveying is exactly this. It includes how-to self-help lessons and checklists to get you started, a questionnaire library covering a variety of topics, and great looking design themes to set your survey apart. Go Fetch is intuitive to use and costs cents to run and report on a survey.

Go Fetch! was built by the team at Heliocell®. Heliocell are committed to making top quality, secure, and user friendly websites. Go Fetch! has been built to web standards and accessibility guidelines, and the survey engine has been built in Microsoft .net 2.0, ensuring that it's users have the most secure service.

Who is that cute dog?

The Go Fetch! mascot is a friendly little poodle called Teddy. Teddy has donated his time in support of Go Fetch! He will be your survey guide.

Each year we plan on running a Go Fetch! Dog competition, where you can enter your dog in to be the mascot for that year. More details will be available closer to the competition.
