Are there any setup costs?
There are no set up costs. You only pay for the emails sent when you launch a survey. For public surveys, you also pay for the responses you collect. Refer to our pricing plans for details.
Can I add my branding to the survey?
Get in touch and we will build a custom theme just for you. Have as many as you need, regardless of which plan you are on. Refer to our pricing page for details.
Public and Secure surveys - what's the difference?
Public surveys can be completed by anyone. Public surveys are great for general opinion and can be promoted from your website with a link to the survey.
Secure surveys can only be completed by the people you invite from Go Fetch, and they can only complete the survey once.
Can I add multiple lists to a secure survey?
You can only invite one list at a time to a secure survey. However, once the survey is launched you can go to the my surveys page and choose "Invite Additional" to invite another list.
Firewall settings are preventing people taking my survey!
Workplaces have different and often strict firewall settings. IT administrators should be able to allow the survey throught the firewall if asked. Survey recipients can still complete the survey from another computer outside of the workplace.
The survey link in the email is broken?
If the survey link appears in two lines, then you copy and paste the address into the browser.
Who gets a reminder and how many can I send?
Reminders are sent to everyone who recieved an invitation who have not yet completed the survey. You can send up to 2 reminders for free.
I forgot my Go Fetch ID and password?
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link, and your password will be emailed to you.
If you forget your Go Fetch ID, search your emails for the confirmation email you were sent when signing up. Otherwise, get in touch and we'll let you know what it is.
