Personal identifiable information collected through our web site
In order to make use of Go Fetch, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to provide contact information. The following information is required for registration:

- First name
- Last name (Family / Surname)
- City / Town
- Country / Region
- e-mail address
How the information is used
The Survey Company will use the registrant information to:
- Identify the registrant as a valid user and provide the correct information
- Inform registrants of the important system information through an email newsletter. Registrants can however state that they do not want to receive this kind of information.
- Charge a customers credit card for maintaining a prepaid account for the use of the Go Fetch services (refer 'Site and Service updates')
- Assist to fit Go Fetch to the customer's needs. Go Fetch uses the supplied information to improve their offered services.
All information supplied by Go Fetch registrants will never be sold to third parties or partners.
All information supplied by a registrant will be logged.
The Go Fetch registrant will supply personal information about survey participants. This information is necessary to invite participants to fill out the registrant's survey. Information about these participants will not be used in any other way. The supplied information about the registrant's participants and the survey results, are viewable to The Survey Company, but will never be used by The Survey Company in any way, not with standing system administartion tasks. All information supplied by Go Fetch registrants will never be sold to third parties or partners.

The Survey Company is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any third party in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The Survey Company collects information from its users at several different places on its website.

All personal information which is supplied by the registrant can be changed by the registrant at any time. Security
This website takes every precaution to protect information about our users. When users submit sensitive information via the website, this information is protected both online and off-line. We do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Services of Go Fetch will be made available after logging in using a username and password. Page Security and Action Permissions are also present to ensure that the correct permissions and data are being used. The collection of a users IP address and the use of cookies are additional secuiry features of Go Fetch.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user has selected not to use cookies, Go Fetch's services will still be accessible.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Where required we may use IP address tracking to facilitate security procedures.
Newsletter
Users can subscribe and unsubscribe to the Go Fetch newsletter. They can change their subscription at any stage.
