Member account, password, and security
Making use of the services of Go Fetch implies that you must complete the registration process. Registration is done by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted in the applicable registration form. Registrants may not provide a false identity for the purpose of misleading The Survey Company or others. You may not use any part of Go Fetch that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.
A user account will be identified by combination of the username and password. After the registration process is completed, users can make use of the functionality of Go Fetch by logging into Go Fetch. Users are entirely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account(s). Furthermore, users are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account(s). Users agree to notify The Survey Company immediately of any unauthorised use of the users account(s) or any other breach of security. The Survey Company will not be liable for any loss that a user may incur as a result of someone else using the users account(s), either with or without the user's knowledge. However, users can be held liable for losses incurred by The Survey Company or another party due to someone else using the users account(s). You may not use another user's account(s) at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Modification of these terms of use
The Survey Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the services of Go Fetch! are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Go Fetch. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on Go Fetch The users continued use of the Go Fetch constitutes users agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of the use of Go Fetch!, you will not use the Go Fetch! for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use Go Fetch! in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any part of Go Fetch! or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any part of Go Fetch!. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Go Fetch!, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any part of Go Fetch!, through hacking, password mining or by any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by The Survey Company or through Go Fetch!
Use of services
Making use of the Go Fetch services provided by The Survey Company implies you agree with the costs which will be billed for using these services. For the purposes of deducing credits from an account, a survey response is considered the activation of a link to a survey. The Survey Company is in no way responsible for any content provided by any authorised or unauthorised user of Go Fetch! Users themselves are forbidden to offer content that can be explained as discriminating, sexual, obscene, intolerant, or in any other way offending to other users or participants of a user's survey. Furthermore, users may not violate in any way the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
The survey results may be multiplied and reproduced freely. Any further reproduction or redistribution of the content and or services of Go Fetch is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
By using Go Fetch the user(s) give(s) The Survey Company permission to view all data of scheduled, running and archived surveys. Access to survey data is needed to resolve issues, answer enquiries, and provide general support when using Go Fetch. The Survey Company and direct partners will never use the provided data, questions and/ or participants for (internal or external) publications, or for own use.
Comments, feedback, or any communication you engage in or provide on other members, within the website, or on pages inviting such must not contain offensive, defamatory or inappropriate language. The Survey Company reserves the sole right to determine what is considered offensive, defamatory or inappropriate language.
You must not use feedback or comment facilities to post information about yourself or include any contact details or personal information in your feedback.
Any feedback or comment facilities are provided for the sole purpose of facilitating the process of running a survey, enhancing overall user experience, or to the benefit and growth of knowledge around surveying provided to members on the GoFetch websites. You must not market, export, or link to any feedback or posted comment to any venue other than the GoFetch websites. Such behaviour will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.
Fees and Accounts
Charges:
Go Fetch maintains credit accounts for each member and from which members must pay fees for sending out either email invites to a survey or for sending out email invites and per subequent survey response. These fees and there method of charging can be viewed on the pricing page of the website. All fees are recorded in New Zealand dollars and will reference The Survey Company on the cardholders statement.
On occasion, and only with your authorisation, Go Fetch will allow charges for other services or products to be deduced from your account.
Account Balance:
The minimum credit payment allowed on an account is $10. No account will have deductions made by Go Fetch that will create a negative balance.The process of sending emails to survey participants and, where applicable, recording of responses that incur a charge that would create a negative account balance are disallowed by the survey system.
The current account balance and recent charges for survey services can be accessed from the registered users 'Account Information' page acceesed once a user has logged into Go Fetch.
Refund Policy:
If your membership is terminated The Survey Company will refund the balance of your credit account, less a $10 manual processing fee that is payable to The Survey Company. Consequently, no refund will be made if the account balance is below $10. If your membership is removed due to breach of our terms and conditions it is at our discretion whether you are eligible for a refund. The Survey Company will only issue refunds to the authenticated credit card account of the member.
Promotional giveaways of Go Fetch credits, bonus credits, or any free credits gifted to the member on registration will not be refunded. Any other refunds
If you have not logged on to the web site for a period of 19 months, any unused balance on your account is forfeited to The Survey Company and your membership will be suspended. Refer to 'Termination/ access restriction' (below) for further explanation.

Information about participants
The Go Fetch user can import e-mail addresses of participants, and invite these people to fill out a survey. Our privacy agreement protects all information about these participants. The Survey Company will never approach these participants in any way without written approval of the Go Fetch! user. The user has full responsibility for all information, which is provided to Go Fetch! by the user. The Survey Company can never be held responsible for the way it was collected, or the way it is being used. The user of Go Fetch! is fully responsible for the way the information was collected, or the approach of the participant(s) by using the services of Go Fetch!
Termination/access restriction
The Survey Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend a user's access to any or all part(s) of Go Fetch! at any time, without notice. The Survey Company may also terminate or suspend a user's access to any or all part(s) of Go Fetch! for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by The Survey Company. The amount of time that The Survey Company currently considers as an "extended" period of time is 13 months. Upon termination of Go Fetch, the users right to access Go Fetch immediately ceases. Account access can be re-activated upon contacting Go Fetch, with full access to unused credits up to 6 months after initial de-activation.
General
The Survey Company will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure the availability of the web site and services, subject to any downtime required for maintenance. However, The Survey Company takes no responsibility for any system unavailability, or for any loss that is incurred as a result of web site or services being unavailable. Further, The Survey Company assumes no responsibility for the corruption of any data or information held by Go Fetch.
This agreement is governed by the New Zealand laws. The Survey Company Ltd is a New Zealand based company. Use of Go Fetch! is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation to this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Survey Company as a result of this agreement or use of Go Fetch!. You agree not to hold The Survey Company, affiliates, partners and employees, responsible for any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on Go Fetch!
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Survey Company with respect to the use of Go Fetch and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and The Survey Company with respect to the Go Fetch.
