Question library
The Go Fetch question library makes it even easier to set up common questionnaires, like customer satisfaction or staff feedback surveys. Build yours from a 'library' of questions and edit the wording to suit.
Write your own questionnaire
If you have specific questions and want to give people the flexibility of answering them in multiple ways, you can use Go Fetch to write your own. The choices you give people are just as important as the questions themselves. Go Fetch offers a range of answering options, including written responses, tick-boxes and preference indicators.

Public surveys
Public surveys are a great way to gauge general opinion. Anyone can answer these surveys, as many times as they like. They can be run with a link on your website, or sent out by email.
Secure surveys
Secure surveys are restricted to the people you send the survey to. They are ideal if you know exactly who you want to get information from, such as existing clients.
Address book
The address book allows you to easily manage your contacts, and set up mailing lists for surveys.
Results
Go Fetch collects results as participants fill in their surveys, which you can report on whenever you like. You can keep track of how many people have completed the survey and view their answers. Complete survey data is presented in attractive graphs for your next report, meeting or presentation.
Branching and Conditioning 
Branching and Conditioning allows questions to be hidden based on a previous response. The participants' answers will shape their survey experience and respondents will only see the questions that are applicable to them.
Matrix questions
A matrix is a complex survey question that allows multiple items to be rated side-by-side. You may also add multiple column sets with different selection options - for example, a rating then a comment box for each item.
Address importing
If you have a large database of survey participants, the bulk import makes it easy to get them into your address book.

Go Fetch Gadget
This is a mini-application that enables you to watch your survey response rates right on your desktop. Great for interested colleagues!

Using the Gadget (Windows Vista only)
To get started, download and install the gadget. It will appear in your sidebar. Right-click on the gadget and choose Options. Type in your Go Fetch ID and password. You can now see invitation and response rates for your survey. Click the left and right arrows to scroll through all of your surveys.
The gadget reports on open surveys, and the information is updated every 10 minutes. After you close your survey, you can still see it in the gadget for 3 days.
