Create a survey
Easy to follow steps make it simple to create your own online survey.
Create
Use one of the following 3 options:
Library
Use one of our pre-made questionnaires. There are many to choose from, and they each cover a different topic area.
A library template saves time setting up your survey, ready for you to edit the questions to suit.
New
Create a survey from scratch. Go Fetch provides you with the flexibility to create your own set of questionnaires according to your requirements.
Go Fetch offers a range of answering options, including written responses, tick-boxes and preference indicators.
Copy
Take a copy of your previous survey and edit the questions.
Convenient for users who run regular surveys i.e. a customer satisfaction survey on a periodic basis.
Choose a design theme
Choose a design theme for your survey. Go Fetch offers a variety of templates that look great!
You can also have a custom design theme made just for you which utilises your branding and colour scheme.
Edit survey
You can edit and add questions, sort the order of the questions and set up multiple survey pages.
Pro users have access to more question types and can add branching and conditioning options.
Edit thank you message
You can create custom thank you messages for each of your surveys.
Share it
Share it on your website or by email invite. Others fill it in and give their opinion and feedback.
Choose a security setting
A secure survey means that only the people you invite can do the survey, and they can only complete it once. Secure surveys are good for surveying a select group of people.
A public survey means anyone can complete it. Public surveys can be linked from your website. Public surveys are great for general opinion such as a website review or online opinion poll.
Send invitations
Edit the email text, then select who to send it to. This step is compulsary for secure surveys, as only the people you invite here will be able to complete the survey.
The address book allows you to easily manage your contacts, and set up mailing lists for surveys.
Link to it from your website
After launching your survey, you will be provided with a survey link. Copy and paste this into your website so people can access the survey. This is only possible with public surveys.
